This is a KILLER 6 week intermediate Pilates inspired core program that will give you the following:

  • 3 Pilates infused core-centric workouts per week that are ideally done in a gym, but could be done at home with the correct equipment or some minimal modifications. (See equipment list below!)
  • Instructional videos for each workout included!
  • Intense yet scalable abdominal exercises plus glute, hip and shoulder work designed for whole body strength and injury prevention.  Throw this bad boy into your weekly training plan for a stronger core and bulletproof body!
